How can we reach you?
We can be reached by phone and email every working day during office hours. Should we not be able to speak to you immediately, we will try to get back to you within 24 hours. Check our contact page for our contact details to speak to you in your preferred language.
Is there a minimum order?
We have no minimum quantities and are happy to take your order from EUR 25 net product value.
What is the delivery time?
We aim to have your order ready for shipping within 1 to 2 working days.
How is payment handled?
You can pay for your order by direct debit, credit card or bank transfer. For somedestinations, we also offer payment COD (Cash on Delivery). You can choose your preferred method of payment during check-out.
How are the frames shipped?
During check out, you can choose from several different selected courier services and economy or express shipping. As soon as your order is ready for shipment, you will receive an e-mail with a tracking code.
Are there any special offers?
Every month we have special offers with high discounts on various products. Keep up to date with these offers by subscribing to our newsletter.
What are the warranty conditions?
We offer a full manufacturer's warranty up to 24 months after purchase.
Should there be a problem with a product, please contact one of our service desks by e-mail, quoting your customer number and article code. We will make sure you receive a replacement product as soon as possible.
Can I change and return?
To keep our prices as low as possible and our service level high, we do not offer the possibility of returning or exchanging delivered products. Our staff will be happy to assist you if you have any questions when making your selection.
Can i change an order?
As long as the order has not been processed to our central warehouse, you can still modify your order by contacting one of our service desks.
How do I get the status of my order?
Through your account, you can track the status of your orders, and download copies of invoices.
Are there shipping costs?
Depending on the chosen shipping option and destination, shipping costs are calculated. Shipping options and costs are displayed during check out. Should you place a large order, we always look for the best solution for you, with the lowest prices.
